By accessing or using Dranseq ("the Service"), operated by SaasWise Consultants ("we", "our", "us"), a business registered in India, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. Together, these documents form the entire agreement between you and SaasWise Consultants regarding the Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Dranseq. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Dranseq is a cloud-based automation platform that allows users to create automated workflows ("Sequences") connecting various third-party applications and services. The Service is accessible at app.dranseq.com and related domains. We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes.

Dranseq offers free and paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Business). Plan features, run limits, and pricing are described on our Pricing page. Free plan users are subject to usage limits as specified on the Pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis in US Dollars (USD) through Razorpay. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder email before your subscription renews.
Refunds, cancellations, upgrades, and downgrades are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
We may change our pricing with at least 30 days' written notice. Price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after the notice period. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
The Service allows you to connect third-party applications and services. Your use of each third-party service is governed by that service's own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, functionality, or conduct of any third-party service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your sequences comply with the terms of all connected services.
You retain full ownership of your data, including the sequences you create, the data that flows through your sequences, and your connection credentials. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and transmit your data solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service. This license terminates when you delete your account.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.
The Dranseq name, logo, visual design, and proprietary code are owned by SaasWise Consultants or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our written permission. The Dranseq platform incorporates open-source software components; their respective licenses are acknowledged and honored.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Service. The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may perform scheduled maintenance, deploy updates, or make modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime via email or in-app notification.
Free plan users receive no service level guarantee. Paid plan users may contact support for availability concerns.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

You may close your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@dranseq.com. Active paid subscriptions will be handled per our Refund Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:
For non-urgent violations, we will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to cure the violation before termination. For severe violations (e.g. illegal activity, abuse), we may terminate immediately without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow retrieval, after which it may be permanently deleted. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) will remain in effect.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond the party's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, power failures, internet outages, or third-party service disruptions.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at support@dranseq.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. You consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service and close your account before the effective date.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to an affiliate or successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, provided the assignee agrees to honor these Terms.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SaasWise Consultants regarding the Service. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
