This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data processed through the Dranseq platform, marketing website, and related services. Payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store your credit card numbers, debit card numbers, or bank account details on our servers. When you connect third-party services (e.g. Google, Slack, Salesforce), we store the authentication tokens, API keys, or OAuth refresh tokens required to execute your sequences on your behalf. These credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption and are used solely to perform the actions you have configured.
Data that flows through your sequences (trigger payloads, action inputs/outputs) is processed transiently to execute your workflows. Execution logs are retained according to your plan's run history limits. We do not access the content of your sequence data except when required for troubleshooting at your request or to comply with legal obligations.
